Cartoon is a broader target than anime — western comic, caricature, flat vector and 3D-cartoon looks are all quite different from each other, and a single prompt cannot cover them all well.
This page applies a bold-outline, flat-colour cartoon style through the same image-to-image model that powers the other transforms. Adding your own words to the prompt is the way to steer it towards the particular cartoon look you have in mind.

If no provider is configured on this deployment the page says so and processes nothing — it never falls back to a fabricated result. It stays out of search indexing until output quality is consistently good enough to be worth ranking.
