Photo cleanup tools

Deleting a distraction from a photo is trivial. Making the gap look like it was never there is not — it requires a model that can continue the surrounding scene plausibly, which is meaningfully harder than segmentation.

These are planned as cloud tools and stay disabled until an AI provider is configured. Cropping the distraction out of frame works today, is lossless, and is often enough.
