Common questions

Where did my image go after I edited it?
Nowhere. Local tools — crop, resize, rotate, compress, convert, metadata removal, text — run on your own device and never upload the picture. Only the clearly marked cloud AI tools send an image anywhere.
A tool says my browser cannot open this file.
HEIC and AVIF depend on a decoder your browser may not have. HEIC works on Apple platforms; elsewhere, convert to JPEG first. KaiConvert says so up front rather than failing halfway.
I have hit the daily export limit.
A free account includes 10 local exports a day, counted per public IP and reset at 00:00 UTC. A shared network shares the allowance. KaiConvert Pro removes the limit.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel in your Apple ID settings — Apple handles the billing and we cannot cancel it for you. If you subscribed on the website, use the billing portal link on the Pro page.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Pro page in the app or on the website, sign in, and use Delete account. It asks for your password, then removes the account, any Pro entitlement and the records held against it. This cannot be undone and purchases are not refunded. If you cannot sign in, email the address above from your registered address and we will verify ownership before acting.
An AI tool refused to run.
Cloud AI is in beta. A refusal is deliberate when the provider declines an edit, when the image is over 8 MB, or when the hourly limit is reached. KaiConvert does not return your original image dressed up as a result.
