This is a manual request, not instant deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm completion by email. Deletion removes the authentication account, account profile and associated access entitlements. You lose access to that account and its Pro access. Deletion does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; cancel any active subscription with the original billing provider to prevent renewals.
Local images and exported files stay on your device. AI input images and prompts are not persisted by KaiConvert; cached results expire after one hour and deletion is retried if needed. Daily usage records expire at the next UTC day. Limited records may be retained for legal obligations or security investigations; we explain any applicable exception in our response.
Email the same address with subject “KaiConvert data deletion” and describe the data concerned. Do not attach sensitive images unless requested through an appropriate support process.
