Images selected for local conversion, resizing, cropping and editing stay on your device. The app reads the files you choose; it does not upload your photo library. Exported files remain under your control. Your language preference is stored on your device.
When you press Run on an AI tool, the selected image, any mask or reference image, and your prompt are transmitted through KaiConvert to Google Cloud Vertex AI to produce the requested result. These may contain personal information if you include it. Cloud AI is optional; local editing does not require sending image contents. We do not use face edits for identity authentication or build a biometric identity database.
KaiConvert does not persist input images or prompts. Result images are stored in a private cache under a content hash for up to one hour. Expired results are not served; physical deletion is scheduled and retried if it fails. Provider processing and retention are subject to Google's applicable terms. See Google Cloud Privacy Notice.
If you register, Supabase processes your email address, password, verification and recovery requests. KaiConvert uses your account ID, email and entitlement status for authentication and Pro access. Passwords are handled by Supabase authentication and are not stored in KaiConvert application records. Essential sessions expire within one hour.
To enforce free limits and protect the service, network infrastructure processes IP addresses and request metadata. KaiConvert stores a daily keyed hash of your public IP, usage counters and request identifiers; daily usage records expire at the next UTC day. Batch records expire after one hour. Cloudflare provides hosting, private result storage and operational logging. These service providers process data to operate and secure the service.
This mobile test build does not include advertising or analytics SDK tracking. In-app purchases are disabled in the closed-test build. Existing entitlement information may be used to enable test Pro access. We do not sell personal data. Opening external website links is subject to the privacy policy of that website.
App-to-server communications use HTTPS. Account records are retained while the account exists, until deletion is completed. Limited transaction or security records may be retained where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse. We explain any applicable exception when responding to a deletion request. Files you exported on your device are not deleted by deleting your account.
You can request deletion of your KaiConvert account and associated data from Account in the app or through our account deletion page, without reinstalling the app. Requests are reviewed manually after verifying ownership. You can also request deletion of specific data without closing your account.
KaiConvert is intended for people aged 13 or older. Do not upload images you do not have permission to edit. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email kai@lifesosapp.com.
