Photo effects and transformations

Restyling a photograph as an illustration, or an illustration as a photograph, is diffusion-model work. It does not fit in a browser tab, so these are designed as cloud tools behind a provider abstraction that keeps the application independent of any single vendor.

They are all disabled. The adjust and filter panels in the editor can push contrast, saturation and grayscale for a graphic look today — that is a real effect, not stylisation, and it is described as such.
