Character replacement is the illustration-oriented sibling of face swapping: keep the pose and scene, change who is in it. It is genuinely useful for concept art, comics and fan work.
Because it can involve real people’s likenesses, it carries the same acknowledgement and stays disabled until a provider is configured.
